TWO NIGHT minimum stay; the whole cottage is yours for your stay.

Beautifully furnished, completely restored 1869 cottage 3/4 block from the center of town at the Confederate Square.

2 Bedrooms with Queen-size beds/ 2 Bathrooms/ Full Kitchen/ 1 Queen-size sofa-bed in the parlor/ 1 single day-bed in the second bedroom.  Linens & kitchen necessities provided.

Whirlpool bath for two; shower for two; 2 fireplaces and a replica Franklin stove; high-speed cable internet connection with wireless network inside the cottage; cable color-TV; VCR; DVD player; & Bose Stereo Radio without audio CD player.

Central air conditioning & heating.  Limited linen and maid service available.

Bring your own food or enjoy the restaurants, just 1-2 blocks west of the cottage.

  5. VACATION RATES available for stays of 8 - 30+ days.  Please call.  (No tax on bookings of 30+ days.)

  6. Perfect for meetings, banquets, small weddings & receptions, family reunions, photographs, tours.

  7. Texas Hotel/Motel Tax 6.00% + Gonzales Hotel/Motel Tax 7.00 % = 13% occupancy tax. 

  8. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & Diners Club credit cards accepted.

  9. Checks, only for advanced reservations, payable to Mayron Cole Music Conservatory, Inc.

  10. No smoking, no children under 12 years old, no pets, no candles please.

Important Disclaimer

  1. Your reservation is not confirmed until you pay in full for the last two days of your visit. We will contact you via e-mail or telephone for your billing information and to give you a confirmation number.

  2. A full refund will be given for cancellation 16 or more days before your arrival date.

  3. A 50% refund will be given for cancellation between 15 & 8 days before your arrival date.

  4. No refund for cancellations on or after the 8th day before your arrival date; no refund for no shows; no refund for short stays;
    no refund for cancellations due to weather.

   **MAJOR HOLIDAYS are Christmas Eve & Day; New Years Eve & Day; Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving Day.
